Cookies
What cookies are, which ones we use, and how your Accept or Reject choice works.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include localStorage keys used to remember preferences such as cookie consent.
2. How AmberBase Education uses them
We use essential storage to remember your cookie preference and keep basic site functions working. We may use analytics cookies only if you Accept — to understand aggregate visits to pages about our breakout and pullback analysis coaching. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not block browsing, reading articles, or sending the contact form.
3. Cookie and storage table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| amberbase_cookie_consent | Stores Accept or Reject choice for this banner | Until cleared (localStorage) | AmberBase Education |
| session / host essentials | Security and load balancing if provided by host | Session or short-lived | Hosting provider |
| _ga / analytics (optional) | Aggregate traffic measurement if enabled after Accept | Up to 24 months | Analytics provider |
Exact analytics names appear only when analytics are active after consent. Essential items may vary slightly by host configuration.
4. Managing or disabling cookies
Use the Accept or Reject buttons on our banner on first visit. You can clear site data in your browser settings to reset the choice and see the banner again. Browser controls also let you block cookies globally; blocking essentials may affect preference memory.
5. Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts or images loaded from third-party CDNs may set their own technical cookies or logs according to those providers’ policies. We do not control third-party storage beyond our consent for optional analytics.
6. Impact of disabling
Rejecting analytics does not remove access to sessions information, rates, or contact. You may need to restate consent preferences after clearing storage.
7. More privacy detail
Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Questions: hello@panel-amberbase.click.
