This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or book breakout and pullback analysis coaching.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Enquiry forms: name, email, optional preferred date, session interest, and message content.
Booking and coaching: contact details, scheduling preferences, markets discussed, and notes needed to deliver sessions.
Technical: standard server or analytics logs if enabled (IP address, browser type, pages visited) subject to your cookie choice.

We do not ask for passport numbers, full bank credentials, or brokerage passwords through the website form.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver coaching, improve site usability, and meet accounting or legal duties. Bases include contract performance (delivering booked sessions), legitimate interests (operating a coaching studio), and consent where required for non-essential cookies.

4. Retention

Enquiry messages without a booking are typically kept up to 12 months. Client coaching records are retained up to 24 months after the last session unless a longer period is required for disputes or law. You may request earlier deletion where applicable.

We use service providers for email, scheduling, or hosting as needed. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Thai law or to protect rights and safety.

6. International transfers

If tools or coaches process data outside Thailand, we take reasonable steps to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.

7. Your rights

Subject to Thai personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent for optional cookies. 8. Children

Services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
