1. Acceptance

By accessing https://panel-amberbase.click or engaging AmberBase Education for coaching, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book sessions.

2. Who we are

3. Educational nature — no investment advice

All sessions, articles, checklists, and examples are for education only. Nothing on this site or in coaching constitutes investment advice, an offer to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of performance. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions and risk.

4. Bookings and payments

Session fees are described on the Rates page for information. Confirmed bookings may require a deposit or prepayment as stated in your confirmation email. We do not process card payments through this static website; payment instructions are provided separately when a slot is agreed.

5. Intellectual property

Site copy, method descriptions, checklists provided in sessions, and branding belong to AmberBase Education or its licensors. You may keep personal copies of materials given to you for your own study. You may not resell, republish, or teach our materials as your own curriculum without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site (attempt to disrupt servers, scrape content at abusive volume, or submit fraudulent booking requests). You agree to provide accurate contact details when requesting sessions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, AmberBase Education is not liable for trading losses, consequential damages, or decisions you make after coaching. Our aggregate liability arising from a booked session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AmberBase Education against claims arising from your trading activity, misuse of materials, or breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our coaching services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
